Job Summary Description:

  • The Business Development Manager/Strategy Manager is a key position within the organization; working closely with senior management, the individual will be primarily responsible for growing the business by developing relationships with suitable clients and partners. This person will expand the company’s operational footprint by identifying and evaluating current and future property launches and supporting new market strategy. They will analyze and assess potential sites, manage real estate brokers, and be a thought leader of the company for inter-market expansion and new market launches.

Job Tasks:

  • Develop & implement all necessary sales strategy.
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
  • Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met.
  • Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.
  • Sales Plan & Strategy Suitable for the client.

Qualifications:

  • Experience within UAE – Commercial/Residential Real Estate is the top priority – lease negotiation and existing network of contacts
  • Degree Qualification
  • The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent time management, organization and presentation skills

Job Summary Description:

  • A Sales Associate performs duties such as study property listings, attend to clients, find and pursue prospective clients, accompany clients to property site, discuss condition of sale/rent, and draw up real estate contracts.

Job Tasks:

  • Promote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services.
  • Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of property, advising them on the suitability and value of the homes they are visiting.
  • Prepare documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds and leases.
  • Answer clients' questions regarding construction work, financing, maintenance, repairs.
